Final 2: Daniele Donato and Laura Crosby

After 10 weeks, 21 competitions, and 10 houseguests later, Daniele and Laura had made it to the end. One of them would be crowned the winner of Big Brother Recycled. The jurors had been itching to question the final 2 and they got right into it.



Before I get to my questions, I just want to say this to both of you because I feel like you deserve to know and I don't know if any of the other jurors will be this honest with you: A lot of us are upset that it's the two of you in the final 2. We feel that it should have been strong competitors in the final 2 and feel that it should be someone that really played the game. Laura, we feel like you took Daniele because you thought you'd have a simple win against her and we feel like if you really wanted it, you would have chosen the one that would have been the greater challenge. Daniele, despite what you seem to say, you just come off as someone that's just not that active and someone that floated their way to the final 2.


Anyway, I just thought that in our final moments, we should just be honest with each other and get it all out there.


Laura: My question for you is: Did you really take Daniele to the final 2 because you think you'll have an easy win against her or do you really view Daniele as a competitor and feel that it could really go either way?

Daniele: My question for you is: What can you tell me that you did strategically to get yourself here besides "lay low and let everyone else take each other out"?

Laura: Hey there Will. I appreciate your honest. My reasoning behind taking Daniele to the final two does not really relate to either of those reasons. I took her because we made a deal week four for the final two no matter what would happpen. I thought I had a better chance against Daniele in comprasion to Dan so yes it was possibly the easier way to win for me. But it was more so based on loyalty.

Daniele: why did i really need to win anything...and yes my strategy was to lay low, throw the comps and sail through to the end. why win when i didnt need to i knew people would look at me as weak and take me to the end.. and when all the focus was on Dan, Janelle, Jordan.. why would i need to bring myself out to the spotlight



Congrats to both you girls, first of all.

Daniele: Why do you deserve to get the win in this game? Because from what I can see, you aren't a good challenge competitor, nor were you a social threat. I could be wrong about the social part, but I can tell you that people in the jury says that you are the last person that deserves the win.

Laura: Please tell me your whole gameplay. From your pre-game strategy, who you talked to, who you aligned with, how your strategy changed (if it did), etc.

I'll be looking forward to those answers, ladies.

Daniele: I socalized.yes i would send people messages. and they can say im the last person that deserves to win sure. but i played all you. i was like fuck this im throwing it. I never once found a need to win. everyone kept me around week after week so i was like yup why win.. when i can make my way to the end.

Laura: Heyy girl! So my pre game stragedy was to align myself with strong competitors, be friendly to everyone and win pivotal competions. This was my first game ever so I was hopeful that it was goon to work out. The first person I spoke with was Michele who told me lies about all the houseguests coming after me, which I never believed. The next person I spoke with and aligned with was Jordan, Janelle, Kevin, Daniele, Will and Dan in that order so obviously my pre game stragedy did work out. Because I won the first veto and final HOH. The most important competition wins in the game.



Daniele I do not respect you as a player, you're the worst player ever you say that you've been social and that you sent people messages when that's full of crap. You never sent me a message I never talked to you ONCE... the only time you messaged me was when you said

"Please don't nominate me I love you, and I will marry you"
Is that what you said to everyone who was HOH just to get by? Please explain to me why your gameplay better than Laura's, and why do you deserve my vote?

Laura, I love you and I'm very happy to see you in the Final 2 because I liked your loyalty you took risks the game for example when you went against everyones wishes and voted to keep me in the game and you've managed to keep the target off your back so for that I think you rock. Now for my question .. Pick a jury member who you think deserves to be sitting next to you instead of Daniele, and why?

Laura: Awww....I love you too! And thank you for your support! As for my second choice for the final two, it's so difficult, I felt like I connected with ALL of you guys! If I based my choice on best game play it would be a close race between Janelle and Dan but I think I would have chosen Janelle. As for who I got with the best it would be a close race between you, Kevin, Will and Jordan. But overall, I think my 2nd choice would be Will. I liked all of you guys, so don't take this answer personally.

oh, I'm sorry Kevin! Janelle as the killer because she's Janelle. Jordan as the survivor because Janelle would NEVER kill that southern blonde. Kevin as a survivor because Janelle did not seem to have anything against. Holly, Memphis and Will are dead because somebody had to die. And Dan is dead because Janelle can't stand him.

So basically my whole horror revolves around the killer. Lmao

Well, my questions are going to suck compared to you guys.

Okay, well Danielle. I would have respected your gameplay if I actually believed it. You logged off for two days a couple of times, and I thought you forgot about this game. Then you came back out of no where, and still didn't say anything to anybody. It's going to take an awful lot to persuade me to vote for you. So, I wanna know if you really want to win or do you not really care?

Laura! You on the other hand layed low from the begging and you didn't seem to forget about this game, you aligned yourself with the right people, and started to dominate the challenges when necessary. Tell me your worst move in this game.

Daniele:

Laura: Thanks girl! I really, really appreciate your kind words. My worst move in the game was actually two things: being the replacement Laura seeing as original Laura showed up and voted to keep Michele, and not winning the veto the week I was HOH the first time and then I could have gotten our the person I did want to evict instead of you. I think I played a smart game seeing as I'm sitting here right now.



Laura : I sent you a PM before the last HOH competition started, and I said that I wanted to take you to the final two due to us being the only two left that deserved it. This was to secure a place with you, because I knew I had one with Daniele. NOW - I will say it was a smart move on your part to get rid of me, because I would have won the game. . so congratulations on getting rid of the person no one else could get out. *cough*Janelle*cough*

My question to you is : If you won the same amount of competitions as me and made less enemies in the house, what made me stand out to make you think that you had no chance against me?

Also, if you use the 'excuse' if you will, "Danielle and I shared a room together - so it would only be perfect for us to make the final two" - Ya'll had four posts combined. Pathetic. So please let me know what you all collaborated about in the room.

Danielle : I want to know why you didn't participate in the competitions as fully as I know you could have. You weren't a very active player ON the boards, but I know in private messages, that you played the game nicely since I WAS aligned with you on a level. YOU could have won HOH this week, but you didn't participate nor finish. Why?

Also, I want to know some measures of how you had shown leadership qualities during the game whether it be through PM's or on the board itself.

Also, please tell me - If you had to choose six houseguests that you would want to play in All-Stars with, which six would you choose, in which order would you eliminate, and why would you eliminate them in that order?

Since Janelle and I made the biggest moves in the game, and technically in my opinion should be the final two if I didn't dislike her; what do you think you did better than us to make you be sitting in the final two spot?

Laura: The reason I knew I had no chance against you is because you took out the best competitors. I only took out Will and Jordan who I had no personal reasons to take out. You won more competitions, and probably struck a few more deals than me. It was the right choice to get you out, now that you are admitting it.

As for why am I better than Dani it's because I actually played the game. I won two HOHs to Daniele's zero, won the most powerful veto and made alliances that made me stay here until the end. I always was thinking about the game the whole time and I showed it because of what I achieved towards the end.

As for All Stars, I would take Janelle, Jordan, Kevin, Will, you and maybe Memphis. I would attempt to eliminate Memphis, you as the first few unless the game changed. And would hopefully make it to the final five with Jordan, Janelle, Will and Kevin.

Daniele: actually dan i was going to particpate but i didnt think it was going to be over that fast.. i knew i was behind on the first round but was going to do the second round. but work interefered. which sucked and yes i didn do well in pms and i was loyal to you and laura and will a little too. I figured if i just go with you guys i would be good. and No i never would of been persauded by Janelle.. I actually liked you Dan lol What makes me better then Laura? oh gosh i hate answering this Laura played one hell of game. and Dan not one doubt in my mind you should have been in F2.

Laura and Danielle,

Prolly the two least deserving final 2 people I've ever seen. I have nothing to say to either of you because you don't deserve my time. You can combine any two jury members( minus michelle ) and we would make a better final 2 than you to. You both suck at life.... Danielle, the only time you talked to me was when you were "flirting" through PM... that works. Laura, I didn't get to know you because you can't be friends with everybody because you need a scape goat... and well, that was you. I dont want to hear what you have to say, because it will be pointless... b/c I could careless who wins. If i had my way, I'd vote for Julie to win.

Well i really don't have much to say but thanks for those who considered me a good player for the brief amount of time that i was in the game. At memphis i really don't know what i did to make you that mad at me, but whatever, bygones be bygones. Just by reading everything in here i have a fairly decent idea of both of yalls game plays. I congratulate both of you for making final 2.

These are my questions, i am going to be judging by honesty, creativity and the rest of the conversation in this thread. (and seeing that i really didn't follow the season and i am just going to ask about my weeks)

What did i do for you to dislike me in the game and your reasoning to vote me out?
Where in the world is Waldo and Carmen Sandiego? (make a fun little story)

2. CARMEN- WELL WE WENT TO THE BEACH BACK IN JULY OF 1997.. WE BROUGHT OURSELVES A NICE LITTLE PICNIC.. WITH EGG SALAD AND ANTS ON A LOG! IT WAS SUNNY WE EVEN HAD KITES TO FLY.. WELL CARMEN WAS FLYING HER SPIDERMAN SHAPED KITE WHEN THE WIND STARTED BLOWING REALLY HARD ... NEXT THING I KNOW CARMEN AND SPIDERMAN ARE IN THE SKY.. I STARTED RUNNING.. I HAD TO RUN FASTER AND FASTER AND FASTER UNTIL THAT BITCH WAS GONE (THE KITE THAT IS).. I WAS SCARED .. I HAD TO RUN INTO THE OCEAN TO PEE FROM BEING SCARED.. WELL ITS 2010 NOW AND I AM STILL LOOKING FOR CARMEN BUT I HAVE NARROWED IT DOWN TO SHE IS EITHER 1. IN CUBA 2. MONTANA OR 3. BACK AT THAT DAMN BEACH

Laura: 1. Well, technically Michele I didn't vote you out, the first Laura did. If it was me, I would have because you were lying to me about Will and asking me if I wanted to go against people.

2. One day, Waldo and Carmen Sandiego were walking around none other than San Diego. All eyes were on Carmen because of her last name. Waldo disliked the attention that Carmen was getting so he decided to run away. As for Carmen, she was enjoying the fame, but didn't realize that Waldo had left her side until 1:30:01 in the morning. Waldo had ran off to be with the Friar (San Diego Padre, look him up) and the bonded over all of their issues. The Friar bond over how their best friends had left them. For the Friar, it was his team The Padres, and for Waldo it was Carmen. Then, the Friar and Waldo decide to disguise themselves and go to a costume shop.

At the costume shop, Waldo is enthralled by all of the disguises. He tries on everything from Batman to Daffy Duck, but decides that it would be a good idea to go as a clown. Then he sees the circus, and the ringleader realizes that they were looking for Waldo, the clown. Carmen, still in a paniac, runs all over town looking for Waldo, passing the costume shop. Waldo has joined the circus and decides to live with the elephants forever. As for Carmen, she took up with a suspicious Mickey Mouse (the friar).

Daniele: I WANT TO SAY WHATEVER HAPPENS IS FINE.. LAURA IS A GREAT PERSON AND I BELIEVE SHE DOES DESERVE THE WIN. BUT I DID LAY LOW YES IT WAS HOW I WANTED TO PLAY THE GAME. IM SORRY FOR THOSE WHO DID NOT LIKE THAT

BUT IT WAS A BLAST PLAYING WITH YOU ALL! YOU ALL BROUGHT SO MUCH TO THE TABLE! GREAT JOB FOR A HELL OF A SEASON 1!

After the questions and the votes were in it was time to name the winner. With 4 votes from Will, Kevin, Janelle, and Jordan, Laura was crowned the winner of Big Brother Recycled. What's in store for next season? We'll soon find out. Good night houseguests.
