Week 10
Houseguests: Candice Stewart, Jackie Ibarra, Zach Rance
Candice, Jackie, and Zach made it to the Final 3. The only thing that stood between them and the Final 2 was the Final Head of Household competition.
I decide to go with my gut feeling and vote out Nicole. I feel terrible about it, but this is big brother. Hello! Betrayal should be expected! So far everything has worked out just how I wanted it! Only one more thing stands in my way to get to the end...the final HOH.
I really don't think anyone will bring me to the final two at this point. I've been a total underdog story and the jury is literally packed with all of my friends and former allies. It would be a death-sentence to bring me to the finale (in my own humble opinion).
Buttttt... that is not stopping me from playing up my suckage to all the ladies. "I have no chance at winning this game." "I've done nothing all season long." And so on... Hopefully they buy it, but who knows. I have no idea actually how the jury sees me or how the other finalists see me. It's all about perception and so even if in my mind I'm the favorite to win this thing, the reality might not match that.
In the first part of the Final HOH competition, the houseguests had to hold onto their keys for as long as possible. Holding onto her key for over 5 hours, Candice won the first part. Now it was a battle between Jackie and Zach in part two.
Jackie is a tough competitor so I will have to be on my A-game in the final HOH, but seeing how she has the personality of a door-nail, I think I'm actually kind of cool with her being in the final three with me at this point. Hell I may even bring her boring ass with me to the finale just because she has no personality and I seriously doubt she has the types of relationships I have with the people sitting on the jury (go me!!!).
Still... it's kind of shocking to be in the finale with the one person I was immediately suspicious of, and never aligned with... in fact she was my target this entire game. I mean Jackie nominated me and Eddie in the BB Mini (the first comp of the season) and ever since I have not wanted to play with her. And here I am considering taking her ass to the very end... That's BB Recycled for ya!
In part two, Jackie and Zach raced to complete puzzles of the past houseguests the fastest. Finishing in half the time of Zach, Jackie won part two with a time of 18 minutes.
Jackie: Awesome!!! Can't wait to face you in the final one Candice!
Zach: Lol I suck at everything. #PurpleZach Gl ladies in pt. 3
Candice: Good luck in part 3 Jackie!
The final part had Candice and Jackie answer questions about the jury members. After 6 questions, Jackie claimed the win and the Final Head of Household of the season.

I'm so excited and happy and literally am shaking!!!!!

?? Now I just have to figure out who I'm going to take to the end. I wrote that I was going to take Candice and that's still my gut feeling. I know the big argument is going to be about the vote flip, but other than that, I don't feel like Candice pulled a lot of big moves to argue. Though I played a quiet game the first half, from the time she made the flip, I took full advantage of it and was making a move every week to get me to this point. Taking Zach would be wussing out and I just don't feel like I would respect myself if I did that.
Going to take Candice. Please don't let this bite me in the ass!
Still, reflecting on this whole thing, I'm so happy I made it as far as you can go in the game. If I get evicted in the final 3, at least I made it to the end of this game, and that is a feather in my cap no matter what. I think I've proven that I am a strong player. I think I'm a much better player than I think I even give myself credit for. I've proven that I know how to make it to the end of the game.
At the final eviction of the season, Jackie went with her gut and evicted Zach, bringing Candice with her to the Final 2.
