Week 5
Houseguests: Dustin Erikstrup, Jun Song, Karen Fowler, Nicole Schaffrich, Parker Somerville, Porsche Briggs, Renny Martyn, Sarah Hrejsa, Steven Daigle
Immediately after April's eviction, the houseguest learned that Jordan defeated Ragan in Redemption Arena and had returned to the game.
Finally, someone I can actually work with is coming back into the game. Welcome back Jordan!
Hopefully either her or myself can win this Head of Household so we can do some serious damage in this place. I'm not playing the mister nice guy card anymore, I'm sick of playing with some of these people. Gonna take 'em out one... by one.
So, after a stressful few weeks for me, I'm finally fucking back! Boy do I have a lot on my mind as well. I really want to win this HOH, more like NEED TO WIN! I'm the main target coming back into this game, and people know this... I know this. I only feel like I can trust Parker and maybe Steven. Porsche is practically dead to me. She tried SO HARD to get me eliminated from this game, but guess what trick!?!? I'm BACK! She's dead. I hope she knows this.
Cheers to me about to raise hell!
So glad that Jordan is back in the house! She knows that I voted to keep her so she's going to be gunning for the people who evicted her and those people are going to coming after her once again! I'm not trying to float my way through this game but things are happening around me that can only help me slide by every week. Hopefully I can win an HoH soon, I don't know who I'd put up but I'd like some of the power, even if it meant having a new target on my back.
So guess what, kids? Jordan is back in the game! ...Which basically means that I'm in big trouble if one of the Zombie Slayers doesn't win HoH. I messaged Jordan when her victory was first announced and I was straight-up and honest with her: I congratulated her on earning her spot back in the game and told her that I would understand if she decided to come after me. Last night, I got the chance to talk with Jordan and she was quick to bring up my decision to nominate her with the DPoV. She told me that she understood my decision and didn't hold it against me. More importantly, she told me that she wasn't planning to target me. Is this too good to be true?
At the HOH competition, the houseguests played "Past Ramblings" where they had to match up which evicted houseguest (or none of them) made certain quotes. With 6 out of 12 quotes correct, Sarah became the new Head of Household.
I always win competitions when I least expect it lol....So if anyone was still doubting me, have I proved myself yet?! A veto win and now an HOH win. This definitely shows I'm a strong player which is good and bad. Good because it shows I'm not just floating along holding on to my alliance's coattails. Bad because it will put me on people's radar as a threat and possible target. Right now my strategy is to stay with my alliance and reach out to some other players I don't have a close connection to.
The Slayers' plan for this week was to get whoever came back out again. It was Jordan, just like we expected, only she came back with beef against Porsche which makes her more of a threat than she already is. Jordan chatted me as soon as she got in the game. It's funny that now that her back is on the line, she gets all chatty. Every other time I chatted with her, she barely responded, but now it's like we're BFFs.
There's a little bit of drama in the Slayer Alliance. Jun is causing Porsche to question her loyalties. Now I'm pretty sure Jun and Nicole are close, so I'm gonna use this as a chance to get in closer to Porsche and Renny. They are the stronger competitors and maybe we can do some kind of Final 3 deal after we get to Final 5.
At the nomination ceremony Sarah put a plan into motion.
[To house]
Sarah: Hey everyone! Welcome to the nomination ceremony
As HOH this week, one of my duties is to nominate 2 houseguests for eviction. This was really hard because I truly like everyone that is left in the game, so this is in no way personal. I just had to go with what I feel will help me get further in the game.
With this said, I have nominated Jun and Renny
Now that we have really gotten into the game, it is time to start thinking more strategically. The reason you guys are nominated is basically the same. Both of you are strong competitors and I don't have a connection with either of you. This makes you a threat to me. You know how to play the game which makes you a road block in my game play. Again it's nothing personal, I think both of you are sweet and I've enjoyed getting to know you both so far. This nomination ceremony is adjourned
Working with the Slayers, we wanted Jordan out this week. My original plan was to put up Jordan and Parker, but now that has changed. Though I don't trust Parker's deal, Jordan would be the main target anyways, so putting him up would just be making another enemy. My other options then were Dustin and Jordan or Karen and Jordan.
Renny came to me with the idea of backdooring Jordan. By putting up a Slayer and Dustin and then having the rest of the Slayers play in the veto, we can assure a win and put Jordan up as a replacement. According to Porsche, Dustin wanted Parker and Jordan up this week and would definitely vote out Jordan over a Slayer. After talking it through with everyone, I [did] it to avoid making any additional enemies.
We changed it up a little bit though. Instead I put up Renny and Jun, and we'll pick the Slayers + Dustin for veto and whoever wins takes someone off and Jordan goes up. Dustin is the only one I'm worried about. I chatted with him very briefly and he said he was on board with the plan. Let's just hope he follows through....
Alright, so I am kind of surprised that I'm not nominated. I did talk to Sarah before she won HOH, and I think we both hit it off. But, I still thought I'd be nominated. Although, I get what she's trying to do. She's trying to put any suspicion that she is aligned with Renny and Jun, off of her. It's totally undestandable, and if things go my way this week, Renny will be gone. It's too obvious that she is working with Porsche. Lets just hope this isn't some backdoor attempt.
Porsche thinks she is hot shit, and that don't fly with Diva Jo Jo!
Our strategy was to nominate 2 slayers so that Jordan would feel comfortable and not be able to compete for PoV. We'd be able to pick players for the competitions. That would be the alliance of 5 & Dustin.
Yay! The plan to backdoor Jordan again is working! Sarah nominated Renny and Jun as pawns so they would only pick the close allies that would veto a nominee, and then backdoor Jordan! Props to Renny, the evil genius!
The veto competition was "11 or Bust". The participating houseguest had to give each other coins. The houseguest closest to 11 coins without going over won the veto. With exactly 11 coins, Sarah won her second competition of the week.
I'm going to see if I can convince Sarah to put up 'Karen' as a replacement due to her inability to apparently socialize as well as the fact you can't get in the girl's brain. You don't know if she is with you, if she's against you. She nearly won the HoH... who do you think she would've put up had she won?
We'll see what happens, I am seriously concerned that Jordo may be put up and backdoored AGAIN over some undeserving people here in the house.
Before the veto meeting, Jordan tried to find out if she was getting backdoored.
I got Veto. I am so excited. This is the best thing that has ever happened to me. (<---insert sarcasm here)
This is exactly what I didn't want to happen this week. Of course I get my worst case scenario. Everything should still work out, but I'm gonna get blood on my hands regardless.
Jordan chatted me the other day asking if she was being backdoored. There was no way I was gonna say "Yes Jordan. That's the plan. Now please just sit quietly and don't cause any drama."
[Conversation: Jordan, Sarah]
Jordan: I have this gut feeling that there is a backdoor attempt on the rise, and I'm not sure if you'll confirm or deny it, but it's just there. Idk why I'm telling you, I just feel like out of everyone, you are one of the few that I can trust more
Sarah: I have a couple people who I was looking at when I made nominations and you were one of them, but I didn't feel that nominating you was right. Depending on what happens with the veto, I won't deny theres a possibility you could go up, but I'm just waiting to see what will happen
Jordan: Right, I was just figuring since I wasn't picked for the veto and most of the people who seem to be against me were that it was a backdoor attempt. It's fine lol
Sarah: I was not expecting hoh so I kinda scrambled for nominations, and you were someone I had talked to in the past couple days. And I didn't feel you would target me, so there wasn't anything to gain from me nominating you
At the veto meeting, Sarah continued with the Slayers' plan.
[To house]
Sarah: Hey everyone! Welcome to the Veto Meeting
As winner of the POV, I have the option to veto one of my original nominees. I have decided.....to use the power of veto.....on Renny. With that said, I have to nominate another houseguest to take her place. I nominate.......Jordan.
Jordan, you are a strong player and obviously a threat in this game. At the beginning of the game, we didn't ever really talk. Since you've come back into the game, we've talked a little bit more, but I feel like it's a little too late. I just don't feel that keeping you here would be beneficial to me in the long run. I'm sorry, it's nothing personal.
Jordan: I'd appreciate you being straight up with me next time Sarah. Pussy bitches get nowhere in life.
Renny: I don't think it was a pussy move, at all. It was a smart move. you're Brilliant, sarah! Anyway, I thought the saying was "cheaters" get nowhere in life....
Porsche: Renny I think you make much more sense but what the hell do I know being just a hooptie and all?
Bombtastic move Sarah
Sarah: Jordan, I never promised you anything
Sarah won the PoV & Decided to take Renny off the block and put up Jordan. Then Jordan wants to be all pissy about it and I'm still on the block against her. So it shows my slayers were loyal and I'm so glad.
Okay, so the plan to backdoor Jordan was my mastermind. I volunteered to be nominated, trusting that the other Slayers + Dustin would all use veto to remove either Jun or myself, and wouldn't evict me if I was the one still on the block. And it worked. Not really surprised.
Looks like it was the revolving door for Jordan this week. When we learned that she was re-entering the game, we collectively knew that it was in our best interest to evict her again. Her return was exactly the kind of thing that would mobilize Parker even more vehemently against me, likely with Steven in tow, and that was a threat I couldn't leave in the game. The five of us, in conjunction with Dustin, agreed to carry out the Six Finger Plan in order to ensure that Jordan would be evicted without the chance to win the Veto. And it worked (obviously)!
At the eviction, Jordan was sent packing again by a vote of 5-0. Karen was also expelled, making Jordan the first member of the jury.
